over and over until I no longer feel any emotional charge on what upset me in the first instant. The calmness I feel and the peace I get within is truly amazing and to be able to deal with the situation with out any emotional attached truly amazes me. Yesterday I sang the mantra softly and gently to my father who is in palliative care and will pass over at anytime now and the peace I felt within me gave me such an incredible strength and I know it gave peace to my dad. To be able to give thanks to my Dad for my life and all he did for me and then let my Father go in pure love, just how he was first created was truly an amazing experience.

There are just some things in life that are so ancient and simple and I am gratfull to my dear friend Cheryl who introduced me to Ho’onoponono.

Remember if someone has said something to you and your upset remember that you are 100% responsible for what is happening in your life. If a person has appeared in your life and you’re upset then you need to use the Ho’onoponono cleaning tool. Just try it and say it daily and you will be amazed at the changes and the ripple effect this will have on a negative situation.

I thank you.

Love and Light

Daisysue

PS I want to share this with you from YouTube.

The Crash of 2008

The
Crash of 2008

Has
your email inbox of late been inundated with emails about the doom and gloom of
the stock market crash? Mine certainly has been. I have been receiving heaps
and heaps of all the same sort of comments like the world is in a recession and
the billions of dollars spent by the US Government won’t do much for the economy
and we are headed for the worst global recession since the great depression etc.
Then to top it all off the TV media are having special programs devoted to the
crisis, the newspapers also have special lift out just to make sure if we missed
the TV show we can print it especially for you! It seems where ever you go the
crash of 2008 is the main topic of conversation. Are you sick of hearing about
it all the time?

Not
everyone had a share portfolio and property investments that was hit! Surely,
there are heaps of people out there where life has just gone on as normal. I
had a laugh at the comments made by Warren Buffet saying he has been waiting 10
years for this day to happen because he is making money out of people acting
stupid through panic. Are you aware how successful so many ordinary people
became from the 1920 depression? Most people will follow and get sucked in by
the negativity the media try and inflict upon us. I am sure that there are many
people who are fully aware of the crash of 2008 global crisis but they are not
living and breathing the negative thoughts that the media is portraying to us
every moment of the day.

I
can’t help thinking about the law of
attraction. What we focus on the most is what
we attract.

Just
think about it for a moment. The media has a lot of control on how they form
our thought patterns if you let them. I remember not long ago for a few weeks
the media was focused on young drivers and the amount of high speed accidents
and guess what was happening.....there was heaps of young people involved in
accidents. Now they have shifted their focus onto other things like elderly
pensioners being attacked, the drug ice addiction with the youth and not to
forget the mass focus by the media about September 11 etc etc. The Media and
Governments can have a huge impact on our thoughts and behavior if we allow
that to happen.

Well
all I would like to say to you all is this; why all this doom and gloom may be
true for some it doesn’t have to be that way for
me.

There
are many positives to come from a bad situation and there are people who are
making money from this crisis. I’m not saying to put your head in the sand and
ignore the situation, far from it. Be aware and educate yourself on the matter
but you don’t have to focus all your attention on it and worry yourself sick.
We will get through this situation. Perhaps this is the way the universe needs
to correct a few things? Who knows but one thing is for certain mass global
focus of all our attention on the doom and gloom will only attract more of the
same so let’s start and shift our energies as of now onto more upbeat and
positive thoughts and I am sure there will be a positive shift in the universe.

Just
remember what we think about the most we attract and the genie of the universe
doesn’t know the difference between good or bad it just gives you what you’re
focusing on. So make sure you realise what your saying and thinking because
your focus and your thoughts have power. So try not to continually focus and
say things like; “I am so worried about what is happening I hope to god that I
don’t go broke”, well guess what might happen if you don’t change your focus
immediately. The genie of the universe will say “Sure thing your wish is my
command!” and in the blink of an eye your broke….you got what you were focusing
on. The universe gave you what you were asking for! Powerful stuff aye!

If
your really troubled just ask a simple question to yourself and place no focus
or important upon it. Just quickly ask yourself the question “what is the worst thing that could
happen?” Can you deal with that? If you say yes then you haven’t got
a problem and you just move on and get on with living. However, if material
things and money is your God and that is what you worship the most then you will
have a challenge on your hands and perhaps you have to do a little more soul
searching within. So what if you have to declare yourself bankrupt or downsize
or even just stop being frivolous with your cash no matter what the answer is I
am sure you will cope and recover from this because you are a survivor. The
solutions are only as devastating as we choose them to be. We always have
choices (sometimes we don’t like our selection of choices but we still do have a
choice on how to deal with things) but remember now more than ever it is so
important to your own well being to stay focused, do your deep mediation
breathing exercises and during that quiet time of meditation ask the Divine for
some answers you might be surprised at what happens next. J

When
ever we are feeling sorry for ourselves I find it a great time to be grateful
and count your blessings. Be gentle on yourself and please stop any form of
self criticism, no more blaming anyone and remember the lessons you already know
about taking 100% responsibility with your life and the power of your thoughts
and words. Remember the importance of love and forgiveness and above all please
tell yourself often; I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me and thank you.
Always be grateful for what you have and remember just how powerful our spoken
words are and the importance of love and forgiveness within you. The changes
can be unlimited.

I
wish you all love and peace.

People come
into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you
have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance
and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are.

They are
there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their
work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Who are we to sit in and make judgement on others? There are so many old sayings like love conquers all, love thy enemy, love makes the world go around, love heals and the Beatles had it right when they sang “all you need is love”.

You see love and forgiveness go hand in hand and it is not about condoning the crime it is about forgiving and letting go of all that negative energy inside yourself because if you don’t you will become consumed with rage and anger and that negative emotion will literally eat you up inside and create a dis-ease within your body. Then the chain reaction will continue and what you think about the most you will attract. So wouldn’t it be so much nicer to feel love and allow forgiveness into your life as opposed to hate and anger? It is about forgiving yourself and being gentle to your inner child.

Everyone is at a different level of love and understanding and as we go along our journey of life we hit bumps and have to make choices and it can for some people get way out of control.

The longer I continue along my personal journey of life the more I understand that love and sorry are such powerful words and can heal so much. I find myself many times throughout the day reciting a forgiveness mantra which I would love to share with you. This mantra is used as a “cleaning tool” and if you would like to know more please just email me.

The mantra goes like this…… “I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me and thank you”.

I say it silently to myself when ever I find myself reacting to any words that people speak, or perhaps it is written in the newspaper or on the TV. If I have a bad day at work and get annoyed by fellow workers or if any conversations come up on my radar and if I feel any emotion to what has been said I then repeat over and over in my head the mantra “I love you, I am sorry please forgive me and thank you”.

Weird you might think….. or is it?

I can tell you that it does make me and those people around me feel so much better. Sometimes I get a huge overwhelming feeling in my gut or my body tingles after I have said the mantra and I can feel the negative energy releasing itself from my body. That is when I like to take a very deep breath and repeat the mantra and it seems to release all the negative energy that I and my body was holding onto.

This is worth a try and you can just say the mantra without even knowing what you are doing because the Divine knows what is going on and it can not harm anyone in fact it does the opposite it starts a chain reaction to heal you and your loves ones. Remember if you see things in others that get you angry or annoyed about then I am sorry to have to tell you this but the problem is really in you and you must release that emotion and let go of all the negative energy you have been storing in your body, probably totally unaware. So that is when it is especially a good time to repeat the mantra.

Healing starts within YOU first. How can you help another when you have so much pain inside of yourself? Let it go and say you’re sorry to yourself and then love yourself and watch how your life will unfold like a beautiful butterfly. You must make the extra effort and stop critizing and making fun of yourself. Start and be nice to yourself. If you can walk past a mirror, stop and look yourself in the eyes and say “I love you, I really do” then you are on the right track and it is truly a magnificent feeling when your whole being just tingles with love and excitement.

So for the next few days please try this ancient mantra by saying “I love you, please forgive me, I am sorry and thank you” as many times as you feel the need and hopefully it will become a daily part to your beautiful life.

I have made up coasters and photo frames with the mantra written on and have it all around my house, I have taught my children and partner to say it and that is even better because when anyone in the house says something negative about another we soon get corrected and told that we need to do some “cleaning” which means to say the mantra.

So any time you find yourself gossiping, getting hung up on the same old same conversations with others or something has been said or you have seen it visually once it hits your radar screen and you react with emotions then remember to use your “cleaning tool” the mantra “I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me and thank you”.

Until we chat again I send you love and light

Daisysue

xx
Potato Duty !

This is a simple lesson Daisysue had to learn.

One day at a sporting function where I had a 15year old history of always helping out in administration and everyone got to know me all over Australia. I had resigned a year ago and it was around meal time when the President of the club came up to me and said "go and get yourself a feed before everyone else gets in" This was so lovely of him to think of me but I really wasn't hungry and I didn't want to hurt his feelings, so I said Thank you and OK.

So off I trot into the kitchen saying to the group of friends I was with "I'll be back in a few minutes" but low and behold when I got there the ladies were nowhere near ready and in a flap. I stood there thinking oh my god what do I do now. So I thought I would offer my help and the people never say yes so I thought at least I was polite and did offer to help and I could get back to my friends.

Well the universe had a different plan for me..........

I spoke to the ladies and said "can I help you ladies in anyway" and guess what they said YES.....so now I was in a pickle and I couldn't back out now. The ladies said "could you serve the roast potato's so an hour and half later that's what I was doing. I was laughing inwardly and that day I learnt a simple lesson in life.............Never offer to help unless you really mean it, don't offer just because you think it is the right thing to do.

My friends said where have you been and I just laughed and said I just learnt a wonderful lesson in life......Never offer to do things in life unless you really honestly mean it, otherwise you will end up doing potato duty!!!

Love you always

Daisysue

What you think of most

<!--[if =

The 20 Minute Rule

This
is a great rule to follow and you can teach your children to follow it
as
well. The sooner you start to learn and use this rule you will be amazed at
how much better you will feel.

It
is simple.

When
you are whinging and upset over something you are allowed 20 minutes to speak
and express all your anger, frustration and woe is me over the situation.
Make sure you chat with someone who will let you express yourself and then once
the 20 minutes is up it is now time to get over it, let it go and move
on and
re-focus your thoughts onto more constructive and positive ones. You have had
your whinge, end of story you must now move on.

NOW don’t you go and
find a new person each day to whinge over the same thing all the time because
you are not doing yourself any favours and your friends and family will get
tired of your whinging. So be strong and realise that you need to
let go and
learn this 20 minute rule sooner rather than later.

After
awhile you may want to change the 20 minute rule with only 10 minutes.

After you have finished your whinge I would then like you to pretend you have a magical eraser in your hand and erase your thoughts and whilst doing that say to yourself as many times as you want " I love you, I'm sorry, forgive me and Thank you."

Remember

“You
only have 20 minutes to have a sook so make it a good one and then get
over
it!”

Love always

Daisysue

Welcome

Welcome to my blog.
